UPDATE - STEP 4 - 19th JULY 2021 - Status of Dial-a-Ride and Public Bus Services

Step 4 starts on July 19th - we will not follow, but EXCEED Government guidelines.

We will maintain the policy of our drivers wearing a face covering and respectfully ask you to do the same while travelling on any of our buses – NO MASK, NO JOURNEY. We are taking every precaution to keep all our passengers as safe as possible and ask you to do the same.

All our buses now have driver protection screens, have adjusted seating so we can maintain proper social distancing, have a maximum capacity of 6 on our public buses and 4 on our dial-a-ride minibuses, which are disinfected daily with a 99.9999% effective disinfectant, and all our drivers wear face coverings.

Our dial-a-ride service is operating all the usual journeys we performed daily prior to the COVID lockdowns, shopping, leisure, and medical appointments, lunch clubs, day centres, garden centres, you name it! Please book your journeys on our usual office numbers giving 2 days notice for journeys.

All our public bus services have returned to their 'normal' full timetables, visible on our main website and shown as 'Valid from 6/1/2020'.

Please take care, we hope to see you soon.
